How to Install

1. Open Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for “PharmaGuide” in the search bar on the top of the screen.
3. Select PharmaGuide (by PharmaGuide Publishing Company) from the list of apps returned by the search.
4. Tap the “Install” button on the right side of the screen. A popup will appear asking for access to certain Android features.

Note: If PharmaGuide Pakistan is already installed on your device, there will be an “Upgrade” button that you have to tap instead of the “Install” button.

5. Tap the “Accept” button on the popup to start installing PharmaGuide.

Note: The installation might take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.

How to Login

1. Open PharmaGuide on your Android device.
2. Enter your cell phone number with the country code (i.e. +92). Make sure you provide the correct phone number of the Android device on which PharmaGuide is installed. The phone number will later be verified after you login to the app.
3. Tap the checkbox above the “Login” button to agree to the Terms of Service.
4. Tap the “Login” button to finish Logging in.

How to Subscribe to Complete Data

1. Enter the 14-digit scratch card number. Make sure you typed the 14-digit number correctly and there are no typing errors.
2. Tap the “Submit” button to start the verification of your phone number. Once your phone number has been verified, the application will download the complete data to which you have just subscribed.

How to Verify your Phone Number

If you are a subscribed user, after you login to PharmaGuide from your Android device, a popup will appear asking you to wait while your phone number is being verified. If you have provided the correct phone number of the device on which PharmaGuide is installed, your number will be successfully verified by the application. As soon as this is done, the application will start downloading the complete data.

Note: Due to the large size of data, the download might take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.

How to switch your subscription from the old version to the new one

If you are a subscribed user of the previous version of PharmaGuide, you will need to switch your subscription from your email address to your phone number. You can then continue using your subscription for complete data on the new version of PharmaGuide.

1. Install the new version of PharmaGuide on your Android device. (See instructions above)
2. Open the new version of PharmaGuide.
3. If you are a subscribed user of the previous version of PharmaGuide, tap the “Already subscribed to old application? Click here” hyperlink at the bottom of the screen. This will redirect you to the login page of our website.
4. At the login page of the website, enter the email address and password of the account you use for the previous version of PharmaGuide.
5. Tap the login button below. This will take you to www.epharmaguide.com/transition.
6. Enter your phone number in the input box at the bottom. Make sure you provide the correct phone number of the Android device on which PharmaGuide is installed. The phone number will later be verified when you login to the application.
7. Tap the “Update” button at the bottom of the page to successfully switch your previous subscription to your phone number.
8. Close the browser and login to the new version of PharmaGuide application. (See instructions above)

You can now use your previous subscription for complete data on the new version of PharmaGuide.

How to Install

1. Uninstall the previously installed PharmaGuide application.
2. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
3. Search for “PharmaGuide” in the search bar, at the top of the Search tab.
4. Select PharmaGuide from the list of apps returned by the search.
5. Tap the “Get” button on the right side of the screen twice to start installing PharmaGuide.

Note:The installation might take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.

How to Login

1. Open PharmaGuide on your iPhone.
2. Select the country to which your phone number belongs.
3. Enter your phone number. Make sure you provide the correct phone number of the iPhone on which PharmaGuide is installed. The phone number will later be verified after you login to the app.
4. Tap the checkbox above the “Login” button to agree to the Terms of Service.
5. Tap the “Login” button to finish Logging in.

How to Subscribe to Complete Data

1. Visit http://www.epharmaguide.com/mobile/subscribe
2. Fill out the form provided there with the correct details. Make sure that you provide the correct phone number of the mobile device on which you intend to use PharmaGuide. The phone number will later be verified after you login to the app.
3. Tap the “Subscribe” button at the bottom of the form to successfully subscribe complete data to your phone number.

You can now login to the PharmaGuide app from your iPhone to start using it with complete data.

How to Verify your Phone Number

1. A 6-digit verification code will be sent through an SMS to the phone number you provided at Login. In case you do not receive the SMS, check if the phone number you provided is correct and tap the “Resend Sms” hyperlink at the bottom of the screen.
2. Once you receive the SMS, type the 6-digit verification code in the app.
3. Tap the “Verify” button to complete the verification of your phone number.

As soon as the phone number has been verified, the application will start downloading the complete data.

How to Switch your Subscription from the Old Version to the New One

If you are a subscribed user of the previous version of PharmaGuide, you will need to switch your subscription from your email address to your phone number. You can then continue using your subscription for complete data on the new version of PharmaGuide.

1. Install the new version of PharmaGuide on your iPhone. (See instructions above)
2. Open the new version of PharmaGuide.
3. Select the country to which your phone number belongs.
4. Enter your phone number. Make sure you provide the correct phone number of the iPhone on which PharmaGuide is installed. The phone number will later be verified after you login to the app.
5. Tap the checkbox above the “Login” button to agree to the Terms of Service.
6. Tap the “Already subscribed to old application? Click here” hyperlink at the bottom of the screen.
7. Enter the email address and password of the account you use for the previous application.
8. Tap the submit button below to begin downloading your complete data.

You can now use your previous subscription for complete data on the new version of PharmaGuide.

How to Install

1. Open a browser on your PC and go to http://www.epharmaguide.com/downloads/PharmaGuide.exe. This will start downloading the installer for PharmaGuide Desktop Application.
Note:The download might take a few minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
2. Once the download is complete, run the installer and follow through its steps to successfully install the application.

How to Login

1. Open PharmaGuide on your PC.
2. Enter your email address. Make sure you provide the correct email address which you can currently access. The email address will later be verified after you login to the application and subscribe to complete data.
3. Click the checkbox above the “Login” button to agree to the Terms of Service.
4. Click the “Login” button to finish Logging in.

If you are already subscribed to complete data for PharmaGuide, your data will immediately start downloading. Otherwise, you will be asked to enter your personal information after which you can either subscribe to complete data or skip subscription to use sample data.

How to Subscribe to Complete Data

1. Login to PharmaGuide on your PC. (See instructions above)
2. Enter your personal information and click on the “Continue” button.
3. You will then be asked to enter a 14-digit subscription code. If you have already bought a subscription in the form of a scratch card, enter your subscription code here.
4. Click on the “Continue” button to proceed.
5. You will now be asked to verify your email address .In order to verify, login to your email account and follow the link given in the email sent by PharmaGuide.
6. Click on the “Continue” button in the application to successfully subscribe to complete data.

As soon as you are subscribed, the application download the complete data. You can now use PharmaGuide with complete data on your PC.
